In addition, you’ll discover the key components of a Personal and Professional Development Plan (PPDP), including current capabilities, development needs, actions and review points. Finally, you’ll apply SMART principles to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals and objectives, enabling you to create clear, realistic plans that drive progress and measurable results.
